What we collect
When you request the free Strong Morning Reset, we collect the email address you provide and, if supplied, your first name. We also receive basic delivery and engagement information such as whether an email was delivered, opened or clicked.
Why we use it
We use your details to deliver the requested download and, when you consent, to send occasional mobility education, Mara Everly updates and relevant product offers. We do not sell your personal information.
Your choices
You can unsubscribe through the link in any marketing email. You may also ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@maraeverlylife.com.
Service providers and retention
We use an email-delivery provider to store subscriber details and send messages. We keep subscription records while you remain subscribed and retain limited suppression information when needed to honor an unsubscribe request or legal obligation.
